The Old Beams is a 15th Century building situated on the Areley Kings side of the River Sever on the A451 DUNLEY ROAD (for Sat Nav use DY13 0AA), turn onto Harold Davies Drive and our car park is on the right hand side. We are just 4 miles from Kidderminster and 3 miles from Bewdley.

Just some info you might be interested in; Stourport is recognised as being of natural importance. It is a uniquely well preserved example of an 18th and early 19th century canal town. Areley Kings is featured in the Doomsday book and has a Norman church and links to the English Civil War (1642 - 1651).

But today the local attractions include; River boat trips, small boat hire, canal & basins, large family car parks with children's play park and paddling pool.
There is also crazy golf, small go karts and a fun fair with roller coaster and slides etc.

And if that's not enough, we are only a 5 to 10 minute drive to forest walks or use the old railway and canal walks in the town.

That just leaves our wonderful old 15th Century pub set in its own grounds, next to the local cricket, football, rugby ground and the Stourport rowing club. It is a half timber building not unlike buildings you will find in Stratford and it is a good place to unwind at the end of a busy day.
